How much to rent a kiosk/cart space in Gurnee Mills, IL?
Q. How much to rent a kiosk/cart space in Gurnee Mills mall in gurnee, Illinois? I saw some carts that are vacant and I wonder if I can put a smoothie kiosks/cart in the Mall but I don't know how much. They've given me a number to call but I'd still like to get an idea on how much it would cost for a kiosk or cart. Just for the ones that you see along the way not the big ones in the food court.

A. Kiosks are generally run by the person doing the selling for a particular company though a few own their own especially seasonally, like at Christmas time. Did you call Westville who owns most of the malls in Illinois?

Can anybody give me advice on moving to Spain from the US?
Q. We want to move in Spain in 2009 and we were wondering a few things. How much generally does it cost...for example, renting a place (Madrid or Barcelona). Another thing we were wondering was whether or not the malls in Spain have kiosks(carts) and how much it would cost to rent one of those or to put a store up in one of their malls. Any other tips/advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

A. No idea about the kiosks, they do exist but I wouldn't know how much they pay for rent. About renting a flat, it depends a lot in the area, the number of rooms. For example, a flat in Sarria (one of the poshest areas in Barcelona), of, let's say three bedrooms, two bathrooms would be around 2000/4000 per month. But if you go to Les Corts (ok, not posh, near Camp Nou) the rent would be around 650/1500 . I bet Madrid has similar prices. How much does it cost to rent a retail space in the mall?
Q. I'm an interested in moving my small business into a retail mall (not a strip mall) and am curious on how much rent would be for a store. Not to be confused with a kiosk cart, I am looking for a small store, nothing large (smaller the better). Any approx costs would be great.
Asked by ocayetocyn - Fri May 23 01:37:55 2008 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments

A. It depends on the mall (who owns it), the size (square foot), and the location. Some malls charge a percentage of your sales as well- so there's no easy answer. It also depends how bus the mall is (an A mall vs. a B mall). peace.

Best hotdog cart / kiosk?
Q. Hi, when i was in USA, i saw many hotdog stands/carts. but never tried it coz some says its done in street so not hygienic. if it's tasty, I would like to buy these carts with same food brand used: hotdog (non-pork, just beef, chicken, turkey), pickles, cheeze, dressing..etc do they have brands or being sold by individuals? do u know which brand is the best and favorite by people in USA?
Asked by churro addict - Thu Nov 20 20:27:13 2008 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Sabrett hot dogs and Nathan's hot dogs are the best, and at least in this area, that's the most common brands sold at the hot dog carts. Just ask them if they have pork in it first.

How can I talk to someone who is educated and experienced in non profits and fundraising for consultation?
Q. I have a bunch of specific questions. Like if your registered as non profit is it only for one state? How do you deal with cities to allow you to have fundraising in public places and do you need a permit or license or is the non profit registration a license? And so on. I would also like to talk with someone about some business things like getting a license and being on public land like sandwalks with carts/kiosks? maybe a lawyer? am not sure if they are only limited to certain things though?

Q. I was wanting to start my business in 2008 and wanted to rent a cart inside of Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, Ga and needed to know around how much it cost to rent one of their carts which is samller than the kiosk. In order for me to get a quote from them I have to fill out lots of paperwork and business forms which I feel is a waste of time if I can't afford the amount of the cart per month. I just need to know so I can have enough money for start-up capital.

A. Why not just ask someone who has one? Pickone where they are selling something different from what you want to sell so they don't fear your competition.

Why don't these products / services exist ?
Q. SERVICE: I see in malls how they are getting more creative with the kiosks, etc. - used to be a cart with wheels selling jewelry, etc - now they are gettin more fancy, branching out into offering messages. I've seen this many times - message chairs. Why don't the message people offer backscratching ??? When my wife scratches my back for even 30 seconds, I feel like a million bucks !!! Am I the only one that feels like this ? They sell wooden backscratchers, don't they ? PRODUCT: Once/Twice a week, our family has salmon that we buy frozen in little sealed (plastic) packages. When they come out of the microwave, they are hot, hot hot - trying to squeeze out the salmon and the seasonings is a very daunting task, and a lot get's "stuck"… [cont.]

A. www.legalzoom.com If you have an invention of a service or product,go here and register it so no one else can use your idea and make money off your creation. And second,NEVER cook fish in a microwave because the heat evaporates all of the oil and makes the fish tough.

A. Higher Voltage = Faster Rate of Fire Higher Milliamp = Longer Battery Life ... It's all up to you. Batteries on airsoft websites are usually high priced except for the mini type batteries. They all generally have the same price range between sites... even ebay. For Large batteries, Ebay is a great place to look. I bought a 9.6v 4200mah battery for 15 bucks.

Are we mature enough to discuss Israeli Connection with 9/11?
Q. Carl cameron, fox news correspondent: Since Sept. 11, more than 60 Israelis have been arrested or detained, either under the new patriot anti-terrorism law, or for immigration violations. A handful of active Israeli military were among those detained, according to investigators, who say some of the detainees also failed polygraph questions when asked about alleged surveillance activities against and in the United States. There is no indication that the Israelis were involved in the 9/11 attacks, but investigators suspect that they Israelis may have gathered intelligence about the attacks in advance, and not shared it. A highly placed investigator said there are "tie-ins." But when asked for details, he flatly refused to describe them,… [cont.]

Hey I need help deciding between some Airsoft Guns off shorty usa.?
Q. Hi I have a vb m14 sniper rifle, which i love, but sometimes jams and is a bit hard to cock at times, and its just too big. It is very inaccurate with .12 bbs and curves alot, so i have to buy special .2's for a lot more money. Also my brothers and friends don't want to play with because its too powerful. Therefore i want to get another gun that is still good, but but can shoot faster and is not as powerful. I have two shotguns in mind and two aks, all spring. First Shotgun : I like this one because of how it looks like a classic shotgun, and its heavy with some metal parts. I do not like it because it has a small mag capacity. Second Shotgun : I like this one because of the look and the tactical adjustable stock at the back, and… [cont.]

A. It depends on where you're playing. If it's a field, then you shouldn't get the shotgun. I think that u should get the wood Ak-47. I did a little research and i found this review for it. but i stilll think that you should get a AEG Ak-47. I recommend the C .028

Should i buy one of these airsoft scopes?
Q. I recently have bought a tsd m14 spring rifle and i think it is very good. It has great accuracy, easily hitting trees and people from 120-150 ft with the iron sights and goes through both sides of a soda can, putting it over 300 fps. I was thinking to make it even more accurate, i would buy a scope to put on it, which i would use for my echo 1 m4 electric as well, shooting about 350 fps and is pretty accurate. I do not know which one of these i should get or if it is even worth it, so please help me out. And by the way i am not looking for a real expensive scope seeing as i am not using it on a really high end sniper rifle. Here they are thanks!

A. First off, don't forget that your scope will only be accurate to a point. Also, you have to trade off and increase and wieght for the acuracy. Now, Leapers is a good brand, I have used Leapers scopes before. I might suggest, though, that you see if there is a store where you can hold and look through a real scope. It may change what you are looking for. I know that Walmart had a few scopes which you could look through, to understand exactly what you are looking for. Also, don't forget that a scope needs rings. Most scopes don't come with rings, and if they do you may want a different style. Now, another thing to consider is if you really want to use the same scope for your sniper rifle that you do for your assualt rifle. I would suggest… [cont.]
